Parking Tax Rate Enhancement Issue will Be Reviewed by Commission C

City Council Commission C will review Local Retribution Tax Board (BPRD) proposal related to parking tax rates enhancement in APBD Public Policy and Priority of Temporary Budget Plafon (KUA-PPAS) 2018.

It needs to be analyzed thus will not burden citizen

Commission C Chairman, Santoso said, his side needs to review it thus parking rate will not burden the citizens.

"Currently parking management pays 20 percent tax to us. When it rises to 30 percent, don't immediately enhance parking tax rate. It needs to be analyzed thus will not burden citizen," he said in KUA-PPAS 2018 meeting with Jakarta BPRD, Monday (11/6).

Jakarta BPRD Head, Edi Sumantri said, his side will adjust parking tax rate by 30 percent by next year.

"Current parking rate is 20 percent, and next year will become 30 percent through regional regulation amendment," he said.
